Klondike Air just recently completed work on my home that included the removal and replacement of 50 year old asbestos duct work, the installation of a new furnace and the installation of central air conditioning (which we never had before). My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process. Andrew (the owner) first did a very thorough in-home estimate that resulted in a fair and competitive price quote (which he stuck to with no surprises or add-ons down the road). In addition, he's is a very personable guy who's easy to talk to and happy to explain things. He genuinely seemed to respect his customers. I can say equally good things about his crew that performed the installation. They were well trained in what they did and excellent problem solvers. They were respectful of our home and installed all the equipment, lines and ducts with the utmost precision and professionalism. They were also quite personable and open to any questions or concerns that we had during the process. Lastly, the job was completed exactly within the time frame that Andrew first estimated up front. Considering the peculiarities of our house (with has mostly cathedral ceilings and minimal attic space) I think it’s a testament to Andrew's years of experience that allowed him to accurately assess how long the job would take. I appreciated reading the Yelp reviews before we ever considered calling Klondike Air for an estimate so I'm happy to contribute to this forum as well on their behalf.
